To use the Service beyond the free trial, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including a valid email address and secure password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

Unlimited content creation
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same date each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the service.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers via email.
You may use InfluencerFuse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is designed for content creators, influencers, and businesses creating legitimate marketing content.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including videos, images, and other materials.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for ensuring all generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies before publication.
The InfluencerFuse platform, including our software, algorithms, AI models, user interface, and all related intellectual property, remains our exclusive property.

We strive to provide reliable, consistent service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publication.
Social media platforms may change their algorithms, requirements, or policies. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt our Service but cannot guarantee compatibility with all platform changes.
